I am intrigued by Danish farm commitment to empowering its employees. Through my interaction with colleagues in Denmark, I have come to the knowledge that Danish farms challenge its employees to carry out tasks to the best of their ability. This in a way encourages one to perform exceptional work. This is a place in which I would be honored to grow my career.

I have been involved in various farm activities for a life time both at a subsistence level and for commercial purposes, along the journey I have acquired numerous skills in not only proper care management of farm animals and therefore increase in productivity of the farm but also how to work as a team with colleagues to achieve organization goals.
